WARRANTY

All lighting products sold on The Pecaso Group website are sold with the following warranty: The finish and frame of your chandelier or fixture is guaranteed for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. The Pecaso Group will at its option repair or replace any frame that has a defect in materials or workmanship during the guarantee period. All crystals are guaranteed for their quality during the life of the chandelier. Breakage and pins are not covered by this guarantee. If a product does have a defect The Pecaso Group’s obligation is expressly limited to replacement, without charge, or repair at the factory after prior written return authorization has be approved. The Pecaso Groups obligation under this warranty does not extend beyond the initial cost of the item(s) and any consequential damages or labor costs resulting from a defect are expressly excluded. This warranty will be null and void if the product has been altered or improperly used. Notice of any defect must be reported within 1 year from the date of purchase. Not included in this warranty are light bulbs, pins and chains.
